摘要
拉深筋是板材成形中的重要控制手段之一,目前对拉深筋的研究虽取得了一定的成果,但有关它对板材成形的影响研究还较欠缺。本文利用数值模拟的方法,研究了半圆形拉深筋的筋高和各凹槽圆角半径即结构尺寸对板材通过拉深筋后的厚度和累积等效应变的影响。研究结果表明,在半圆形拉深筋中,板料每通过一个圆角,其厚度都有所减薄,累积等效应变增大。筋高与板料的减薄量和累积等效应变之间存在良好的线性关系,随着筋高的增大二者也增大;并且拉深筋的各圆角半径的增大都使减薄量和累积等效应变减小。
Drawbead is an important measure taken to control the sheet forming. At present, studies on drawbead have obtained some progresses, but the study of the forming mechanics of drawbead needs to be improved. In the paper, through the method of numerical value simulation, the effect of the evolution of thickness and equivalent strain which are the semi-circle drawbead mechanical parameters to the sheet is studied. The study indicates that the thick-ness will be reduced and equivalent strain will be improved when the sheet passes the semi-circle drawbead. There is a good linear relation among the height of semi-circle Drawbead, the thickness reduction and the equivalent strain of the sheet, The letter two will be risen along with the height of semi-circle drawbead. What's more, the augment of every radius of semi-circle Drawbead will reduce the thickness reduction and the equivalent strain.
