摘要
回顾了近年我国水土保持监测这一年轻领域在发展中所面临的主要理论和技术问题。我国水土保持监测在宏观监测途径、微观监测方法、尺度转换等方面都有不少薄弱环节;而监测点布设、开发建设项目监测、监测预报模型、水土保持评价等方面的理论更是亟待发展。当前比较关键的技术问题则集中在自动化观测技术、监测信息管理技术和调查技术的发展和应用等方面。
The author reviewed the main methodological and technical issues of soil and water conservation monitoring in China in recent years.It is argued that there are weaknesses of methodology on macroscopic and microscopic monitoring.The distribution designing of monitoring sites,monitoring for infrastructure construction,monitoring model and evaluation methods are those which need to be improved as soon as possible.The technical issues are focused on the fields of automatic observation,information technologies for monitoring,and the technologies of survey.
