摘要
三峡库区生态环境敏感且脆弱,是我国长江流域和西部地区生态环境建设的重点地区。近年来该区面源污染尤其是农业面源污染问题日益突出,并引起人们的高度重视。如何根据库区生态环境特点和农业面源污染发生特征,提出既能有效控制污染发生,又能使经济投入最小化的控制技术体系,具有十分重要的现实意义。为此,结合国内外农业面源污染控制的已有研究成果,根据库区农户生活生产方式以及地形地貌、土地利用、种植作物等条件,以"水、土、热、气、肥"5要素的综合控制为主线,在农村生活区—农业生产区—消落带生态屏障区3个空间层次构建了库区农业面源污染控制系统,并提出了三峡库区农村居民点—旱坡地—水田—消落带多重拦截与消纳农业面源污染技术体系。该体系已在三峡库区典型区域农业面源污染控制的实践案例中进行了验证,实践证明,其所涉及的诸多关于农业面源污染控制思想和技术体系对其它类似流域的农业面源污染控制具有积极的借鉴意义。
The eco-environment of Three-Gorge Reservoir area(TGRA) is sensitive and fragile.In recent years,agricultural non-point source(NPS) pollution in the TGRA is increasingly outstanding,and has received tremendous attention at home and abroad.It is an important to build technical systems to control agricultural NPS pollution.Therefore,the paper,in view of the predecessors′ achievement,based on farmers living and production behavior,natural condition,the occurrence characteristics and land use pattern,put forward agricultural NPS pollution control technical systems on the rural residential area—slopping land—paddy field ecosystem—water-level-fluctuating zone to intercept and reduce agricultural non-point pollutants.This systems has been verified by practical case in the typical area of the TGRA,and practice showed that they had good effects.And the idea and technology of them had positive reference significance.
