摘要
构建和提高企业的核心竞争力,使企业取得长期竞争优势,是企业取得良好的经济效益,不断发展壮大的基础。企业核心竞争力具有系统性和动态性的特点,从研究核心竞争力构建的角度,对核心竞争力进行了重新界定。同时指出:构建与提升我国企业的核心竞争力,必须加强现代企业制度建设,加强企业化经营及战略管理能力建设,加强企业技术创新体制和企业文化建设。
It is a basis for an enterprise to establish and improve its central competitiveness so that it can gain a good profit and have a great development. Central competitivess in enterprises is systematic and dynamic, which should be re-defined. Meanwhile, the central competitiveness in China's State-owned enterprises should be strengthened.
