摘要
在对山东省主要港口利用问卷调查和实地座谈方法了解的基础上,归纳出影响港口核心竞争力的主要因素。并把要素进一步细分为三级指标,用直接评分法计算出指标的权重,提出了计算港口核心竞争力的步骤,最后,围绕制约港口竞争力的主要问题提出了相应的对策。
Basing on the understanding of the major ports of Shangdong Province through questionnaire and on - the - spot discussion, the key factors influencing the competitive powers of ports are summed up and subdivided into three - grade index. The weight of the index is calculated by grading directly and procedures of calculating the key competitive powers of ports are pro- posed. In the end the countermeasures are given around the key problems of restricting the competitive powers of ports.
