摘要
以杜仲茶为主料,研制成复合袋泡茶;结果表明杜仲茶、炒青、绞股蓝茶三者的配比(重量比)熏香气品质以90押20押1为佳,汤色品质以90押15押1为佳,滋味品质以90押20押1为佳,综合品质以90押20押1为佳。
Eucommia ulmoides?熏 roasted green tea and Cynostmma pentaphyllum were mixed to a new kind of teabags. The optimum proportion ?穴w/w/w?雪of Eucommia ulmoides:Roasted Green tea:Cynostmma pentaphyllum in the mixed tea was determined according to the experiment and is 90?押20?押1 of the aroma quality?熏 90?押15?押1 of the liquor color quality?熏 90?押20?押1 of the taste quality?熏and 90?押20?押1 of the whole sense qualities.
