摘要
采用PHA、秋水仙碱腹腔注射,肾细胞直接制片法分析了斜带石斑鱼染色体核型,结果表明,斜带石斑鱼核型为:2n=48=2sm+46t,臂数:NF=50.
The karyotype of Epinephalus coioides collected from Zhangpu ,Fujian province was studied by the way of kidney cells injection with PHA and clochicine. The results showed that there are 48 chromsomes in E.coioides and its karyotype is 2sm+46t , NF=50.
