摘要
应用核型似近系数聚类分析方法研究了班腿蝗科 (Catantopidae)稻蝗属 (Oxya)的小稻蝗 (O .hyiaintricata) ,山稻蝗 (O .agarisa) ,中华稻蝗 (O .chinensis) ,无齿稻蝗 (O .adentata) ,上海稻蝗 (O .shanghaiensis) ,日本稻蝗 (O .japonica)。黄脊蝗属 (Patanga)的日本黄脊蝗 (P .japonica) ,印度黄脊蝗 (P .succincta)。坳蝗属 (Aalacobothrus)的班坳蝗 (A .luteipes) ,无班坳蝗 (A .suen -hedini)和锥头蝗科 (Pyraomorphidae)负蝗属 (Atractomorpha)的短额负蝗 (A .sinensis) ,长额负蝗 (A .lata) ,奇异负蝗 (A .peregrina) ,柳枝负蝗 (A ,psittacina) ,令箭负蝗 (A .sagittaris) ,纺梭负蝗(A .burri) ,云南负蝗 (A .yunnanensis) ,以及蚱科 (Tetrgdae)蚱属 (Tetrix)的日本蚱 (T .japonica)等三科五属 18种蝗虫的亲缘关系。结果显示 ,上海稻蝗同无齿稻蝗的核型似近系数最大 (0 94 0 9) ,亲缘关系最近 ;长额负蝗同小稻蝗的核型似近系数最小 (0 0 815 ) ,亲缘关系最远。核型似近系数聚类结果与传统的形态学分类结果相一致。
The cluster analysis of karyotype esemblance-near coefficients was used for the study of Oxya hyia intricate, O.agarisa, O.chinensis, O.adentata, O.shanghaiensis, O.japonica, Patanga japonica, P.succincta, Aalacobothrus luteipes, A.sven-hedini in family Catantopidae, Atractomorpha sinensis, A.lata, A.peregtina, A.sagittaris, A.psitacina, A.yunnanensis and A.hurri in Pyrgomotphidae, Tetrix japonica in family Tetrgdae. The results showed that there were the biggest karyotype resemblance-near coefficients (λ= 0.940 9) between O.shanghaiensis and O.adentata, indicating the closest relationship, and the least (λ= 0.018 5) between A. lata and O. hyia intricata, indicating the most distant relationship. The results agreed to the phylogeny based on the morphology of these species.
