摘要
目的 :观察黄连解毒汤的降血糖作用。方法 :建立四氧嘧啶致小鼠的糖尿病模型 ,研究黄连解毒汤对正常动物和模型动物血糖的影响。结果 :黄连解毒汤能拮抗四氧嘧啶诱导的小鼠高血糖 ,明显降低正常小鼠、四氧嘧啶糖尿病鼠的空腹血糖(FBG)。结论
Objective: To observe the reducing blood sugar effects of HLJD Decoction. Method: By establishing mice diabetes models with alloxan, the effects of HLJD on the blood sugar were observed in the normal animals and model ones. Results: HLJD Decoction can inhibit the hyperglycemia of alloxan induced mice and decrease level of FBG in mormal mice obviously. Conclusion: HLJD Decoction can significantly reduce the blood sugar.
