摘要
本文介绍的水醇法其最大特点是去掉用汽油脱脂而区别于其它方法。经与 Shibata 法比较,无论含量、收率、色泽、杂质限量等均无显著差异,且生产成本低,方法简便,安全可靠。经批量生产认为,工艺是稳定可行的,总皂甙含量在70%以上,收率在5%～6%。
The organic dissolvents or gasoline are usedfor degreasing in the industrial extraction of gin-senosides from the above-ground portion of gin-seng.They are not only expensive,but easer tocause firing or explosion.Water-alcohol differentfrom other methods is characterized by the absenceof gasoline for degreasing.Comparison of thismethod with shows that there are no difference inthe content,yield,colour of ginsenosides.With lowproduction cost,it was easy to manufature.Thecontent of ginsenosides was 70%above,and yieldwas 5%～6%.
