摘要
目的以慢性毒性试验研究吉林人参对Wistar大鼠的毒性作用情况。方法进行慢性毒性试验,给予含有不同剂量(8.0、6.5、5.0g/kgBW)吉林人参样品的饲料喂饲大鼠180d,在试验中期和末期分别检测并比较各组大鼠体重、脏器系数、血液学指标、血生化学指标、病理变化情况。结果试验中、末期各剂量组大鼠的各种指标与对照组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。有一些血液学及血生化学指标在试验中、末期间比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在180d的慢性毒性试验中,食用吉林人参未对大鼠产生明显慢性毒性作用。
Objective Study on toxic effects of wistar rats induced by Jilin Giseng in chronic toxic test.Methods In chronic toxic test,different doses（8.0,6.5,5.0 g/kg BW） of Jilin Giseng samples in rats feed were given to rats for 180 days.In mid-term and final test,body weight,organ coefficients,hematological indices,blood biochemical indices and pathological changes were examined and compared.Results There was not significant differences on indices between different doses of Jilin Giseng groups and control groups（P0.05）.There were significant differences on indices of hematology and blood biochemistry of some groups between mid-term and final tests（P0.05）.Conclusion There is not apparent chronic toxic effects on rats induced by Jilin Giseng in 180 d chronic toxic test.
