摘要
目的 探讨苯对雄性小鼠的生殖毒性。方法 以浓度 40 0mg/m3 、 2 0 0 0mg/m3 、 10 0 0 0mg/m3 的苯给小鼠作静式吸入染毒 ,观察精子畸形和睾丸组织病理学改变。结果 染毒组小鼠精子畸形率明显高于阴性对照组 ,随着染毒浓度的增加 ,畸形率有增加的趋势 ;睾丸组织内各期生精细胞减少 ,间质细胞排列稀疏 ,分裂异常 ,这种损害在一定时间内也难以恢复。结论 较高浓度的苯具有一定生殖毒性 。
Objective To explore the reproductive toxicity of benzene in male mice.Method By static inhalation,the sperm deformity and pathological changes of testis were observed in male mice exposed to benzene at different concentrations(400?2 000? 10 000 mg/m 3).Result The rates of sperm deformity of exposed groups were significantly higher than that of negative control,and the higher the expose concentration of benzene,the higher the rate of sperm deformity.Various stage spermatogenic cells in testis reduced,the interstitial cells were also sparse structurally with the increase of benzene concentration,and these damages were hard to recover within a certain time after exposure.Conclusion High concentrations of benzene may lead to a definite pathological damage in testicle cell.
