摘要
用从甘南绵羊和合水山羊胆囊中收集的肝片吸虫虫卵孵化出毛蚴,实验感染采自合水的各种淡水螺,并用从阳性螺收集的囊蚴感染家兔,确证小土蜗(Galba pervia)和梯状土蜗(G.laticallosiformis)为该地区肝片吸虫的中间宿主。
Each species bf fresh water snails from the local places was experimentally infected with miracidium of Fasciola hepatica local strain, and then rabbits were infected with the metacercaria from the positive snails. These results proved Galba pervia and G. laticallosiformis is the intermediate hosts of the local F. hepatica.
