摘要
用巨型艾美耳球虫(Eimeriamaxima)上海株、扬州株、南通株等不同地区的6株孢子化卵囊100个·只-1,经嗉囊接种7日龄无球虫黄羽公雏肉鸡,以麦克马斯特氏法计数感染后6~14d每天24h排出的卵囊。结果表明:广州株排卵囊量最多,与凤阳株和龙岩株相近;上海株排卵囊量最少,与扬州株、南通株相近;广州株与上海株、扬州株和南通株均差异显著。各虫株的显露期相似,在感染后第7天排卵囊量达峰值,第6~8天排出的卵囊量占总量的80%~90%,第10天接近0。
Seven-day-old Suqiu Yellow chickens were inoculated 100 oocyst per bird with the six geographical strains of Eimeria maxima , respectively. Estimates of oocyst production were made on 24 h faecal samples from 6 to 14 days after inoculation each day. The result showed that Guangzhou strain was the highest, and was not significantly different from that of Fengyang and Longyan strains in oocyst output. Shanghai strain was the lowest, and was not significantly different from that of Yangzhou and Nantong strains in oocyst output. Guangzhou strain was significantly different from Shanghai, Yangzhou and Nantong strains in oocyst output. The patent period of all the six strains was similar. The oocyst production reached a peak on the 7th day after infection, and was 80%~90% of the total oocyst output on 6th~8th day, and was near to zero on the 10th day.
