摘要
文章简要介绍了耙料机的工艺操作流程,设计了一套由组态王、触摸屏、PLC和无线通讯模块构成的耙料机无线远程控制系统,并叙述了远程控制系统的构成、系统方案、软件结构、系统编程及组态,最后详细介绍了开发中需要解决的问题及解决方法。
This paper gives a brief introduction about the operation process of a harrow machine and the design of its wireless remote control system consisting of the kingview,touch screen,PLC and wireless communication module along with its control conception,system structure,system program and configuration.The paper points out the problems needed to solve and the way of solution.
