摘要
本文介绍了PLC污水控制系统的工艺流程、系统配置和软件设计,并阐述了PLC与上位机组态王之间通信协议的建立和程序设计。上位机通过组态软件承担监控和管理任务,下位机采用PLC实现实时数据采集和自动控制功能。实际运行表明,该系统设计合理、有效,安全可靠。
This paper presents a sewage treatment control system including its process flow,system configuration,software design and functions.The paper also describes the establishment of the communication protocol between PLC and Kingview as well as the necessary programming.The upper computer undertakes the monitoring and managing task by configuring software,while the lower computer implements the function of data collection and automatic control.Results show that the system is reasonable、available and reliable.
