摘要
文章在反省当前学生工作中刚性管理弊端的基础上 ,结合现阶段高校学生工作所处的时代背景 ,提出高校学生工作中实施柔性管理的特点、原则及策略 ,旨在拓展和完善高校学生工作管理机制 ,以促进广大学生主动性、创新性和情感发展 ,追求一种更完美的管理境界。
On the basis of meditating the abuse of the rigid management,combining with the background of students management,the author proposes the implement of the flexible management and illustrates its characteristic,principle and tactic,which aims at expanding and perfecting the mechanism of the college students management to facilitate the development of students' initiative,innovation and emotion and achieve a perfect management in the end.
