摘要
柔性管理是相对于刚性管理而言的一种管理形式,其核心就是奉行以人为本的管理理念,该文从柔性管理的内涵和特征出发,结合大学生思想政治工作实际,探讨柔性管理在大学生思想政治教育工作中的必要性以及柔性管理在大学生思想政治教育工作中的具体运用。
Affectionate administration is different from firm administration.Its core is about the sense of being foundation with human being.The article is about the necessity to explore the new way of university students' ideological and political education.and the application of it.
