摘要
在社会转型、政府职能转变、高教大众化、多样化的新形势下 ,教育评估体系亟待完善。应审时度势 ,积极构建一个更为有效的高教评估组织体系。本文从发展教育中介组织的现实背景入手 ,结合我国的实际情况 ,借鉴国外成功经验 ,着重从制度保障、人员保障、系统保障三方面论述了建立有效的高教评估中介组织体系的构想。
Under the new situation of social transition, governmental functional transformation, and the massification and diversification of higher education, the educational evaluation system needs to be improved. We need to establish a more effective educational evaluation system. This paper gives an overview of the development of the educational agency, and to link the successful foreign experience with China's situation.This article discusses the conception of establishing effective higher educational evaluation agency from three perspectives of security :institution,human resources and system.
