摘要
本文将外贸谈判英语看作一种独立的语域，通过讨论谈判英语语域的三个主要参数，即话语范围、话语方式和话语体武的语境特点，以英语谈判语言事例说明外贸谈判英语语域的语言特征，帮助从事外贸谈判工作者认识英语在外贸谈判中的表达差异，使他们能灵活运用语言技巧，取得谈判成功。
After China’s entry into WTO, more and more business sectors are seeking to have business interaction with their foreign counterparts. As an essential means of communication, foreign trade negotiation is an important way to open trade to the international market. English usually serves as a lingua franca and to know this register and its language features is a must for anyone who intends to carry out successful negotiations in the world market. This paper makes a tentative study on the language features of negotiation English register and hopes that it can help those who are in the foreign trade field to achieve successful negotiation.
