摘要
概述了快速寻住与状态记忆(RL&SM)通用夹具的基本原理及其主要组成,在对不同合金及其配比的填料所进行的切削性能和硬度及其毛坯漂移等相关工程实验的基础上,提出了支持RI&SM通用夹具工程应用的状态成型系统。该系统由低温烘箱和井式熔炉复合而成,并可通过控制系统单独或集成控制烘箱和熔炉的状态。
The basic principle and the main parts of rapid location and state memory(RL&SM)fixture is introduced in this paper. Through the fundamental experiment, the cutting performance and hardness of the filler composition in the state memory fixture is analyzed. The state-molding system of the RL&SM universal fixture is designed and manufactured. This paper introduced the basic principle, main constitution and work process of the state-molding system.
