摘要
文章以分析运动性疲劳产生的原因为切入点 ,分别论述了代谢底物耗竭、代谢产物堆积、中枢神经和肌肉疲劳等原因对疲劳的影响 ,提出了相应的预防和恢复的方法与手段。
Sport Fatigue is a physiological phynomenon in the course of organism physiology that can not support the sprort strength.The reason of producing tired iuclude metabolic depletion,metablite accumulation, disturbances to homeostasis, central and Neuromuscular fatigue etc. Nutritional supplements,physical methods and active rest belong to effective methods of recovery.
