摘要
自动同步离合器的动态特性是影响舰船机动性和可靠性的重要因素,该文考虑了自动同步离合器中各部件间摩擦力的影响,建立了新的数学模型,并在Matlab/Simulink环境下进行实时仿真。大量不同工况下的仿真结果表明主机切换过程在3s内就可以完成,为缩短柴燃联合动力装置现有的45s切换时间提供了理论依据,进一步证明提高柴燃联合动力装置机动性的可行性。
The dynamic characteristics of synchronous-self-shifting clutches is the main factor affecting a ship's maneuverability and reliability. This paper analyzes the effect of several friction sources in the synchronous-self-shifting clutch with a real time simulation in Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results showed that the main engine changeover could be completed in 3 seconds, which would allow shortening of the standard 45-second changeover time of a combined diesel or gas turbine power plant. As a result, further improvements can be made in the power plant maneuverability.
