摘要
研究了不同水解条件 (不同酶、酶用量、水解时间和温度 )对啤酒废酵母、大豆粕、花生粕的水解的影响。通过研究发现 ,木瓜蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶能较好地水解啤酒废酵母 ;而菠萝蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶能较好地水解大豆粕和花生粕。
Bromelin, bacteria neutral proteinase, papain were used to hydrolyze the waste beer yeast, dregs of peanuts and dregs of beans.It studied the influence of the the different quantity of enzyme, different time and temperature of hydrolysis on the hydrolysis of waste materials protein. The research discovered waste beer yeast was more hydrolyzed with bacteria neutral proteinase and papain and dregs of peanuts and dregs of beans were more hydrolyzed with bacteria neutral proteinase and bromelin. Different enzymes had different hydrolysis effect in different hydrolysis conditions.
