摘要 谷胱甘肽通过对蛋白分子巯基氧化还原状态的影响 ,改变细胞酶及转录因子的活性、参与细胞凋亡的调节以及参与一氧化氮介导的信号途径 ;谷胱甘肽在神经系统中充当了神经递质或神经调质的作用 ;此外 ,谷胱甘肽代谢产物诱导细胞氧化应激 ,进一步介导氧化应激对细胞信号转导的调节。
