还原型谷胱甘肽对肝细胞解毒代谢功能影响的体外实验研究

摘要 目的:在细胞水平上研究还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)对慢性重型肝炎肝衰竭时肝细胞解毒代谢功能的影响。方法体外培养C3A细胞,在培养基加入慢性重型肝炎患者血浆(CSHP),并同时分别加入大中小三个剂量的GSH(25mmol/l,5mmol/l,1mmol/l),以正常血浆(NHP)及培养基为对照,分别于24小时、48小时、72小时3个时间点检测细胞内GSH及脂质过氧化物(MDA)含量的变化。结果①慢重肝血浆使细胞内GSH含量下降、MDA含量增加。②GSH可以提高慢重肝血浆细胞内GSH含量,补充内源性GSH的损耗,降低细胞内MDA含量。③随剂量的增加,上述作用更为明显。结论GSH可以改善慢性重型肝炎肝衰竭时肝细胞解毒代谢功能,且存在量效关系。
