摘要
在临床应用和实验研究中,胆红素的定量分析方法已经取得了长足的发展,有多种方法可以定量分析胆红素的浓度。本文对胆红素定量分析方法及理论依据作一综述。
A review with 49 references is given on the progress of research in quantitative analysis of bilirubin, such as spectrometry, chromatography, enzymatic method, sensor and probe, clinic antibody. The mechanism of various methods is also introduced.
