摘要
介绍了硅质炉衬在铸铁感应电炉上使用寿命的评估方法,并对其寿命影响因素,炉衬破坏机理进行分析,提出了相对应的提高炉衬使用寿命的措施。
The evaluation methods of Si liner in iron induction furnace were introduced.The influencing factors and damage mechanism were analyzed,the corresponding measure for improving the service life were put forward also.
