摘要
目前,国内外冲天炉和中频感应炉在铸铁熔炼方面都有很成功的经验。随着节能降耗、安全环保和低碳以及智能化要求,两种炉型都以其自身的优势不断完善和发展。大容量、长炉龄、热风冲天炉已经在大批量连续流水生产线上得以成功应用;感应电炉在铸铁双联熔炼和单独熔炼保温功率切换应用方面有独到之处。
At present,the cupola and intermediate frequency induction furnace experience sucessfully in the cast iron melting at home and aboard.With increasing requirements of saving energy, reducing consumption, safe environmental protection, low carbon and intelligent,they got development and perfection with its own advantages.The large capacity,long life and hot blast cupola has been successfully applied in flow production line in large quantities.Induction furnace are unique in cast iron duplex melting and power switching in single-melting and heat insulating.
