摘要 利用微生物富集钙,以求获得一种高效、安全、廉价、绿色的新型补钙制剂,作为目前钙制剂的一种优良的换代产品。通过富钙微生物、钙源及微生物富钙因素等的优选,得到了微生物富钙的最佳参数。食用丝状真菌F2的生物量、富钙率均较高,且富含蛋白质、维生素,并含有丰富的氨基酸,用于钙的富集有较大的实用价值,是一种较理想的富钙菌种;氯化钙是一种较好的钙源,其钙浓度以Ca2+计为0.6%时,有利于富钙微生物菌丝体的生长及对钙的富集;食用丝状真菌富集的钙,为易被人体吸收的有机钙或氨基酸钙,经适当处理后有望成为一种制备新型生物钙制剂的原材料,具有极大的开发潜力;生物钙制剂含有易被人体吸收的氨基酸钙,有望作为目前钙制剂的换代产品。 In an attempt to obtain a new pattern preparation of completing calcium which is safe, cheap, green and high efficiency and make it to be the superior substitute for the present preparation of calcium, the author enriched calcium by microbe. The best parameters of microbial calcium enrichment have been found out by optimizing microbe, rablecalcium source, complication of microbial calcium enrichment, etc. F2, an edible filamental fungus, is abundant in biomass and can enrich calcium highly. So it is a perfect fungus containing much protein, vitamine and all kinds of amino acids. Calcium chloride is a favorable rablecalcium source. When the concentration of Ca^(2+) reaches 0.6%, it is favorable for the growth of microbial mycelium and for the enrichment of calcium. The calcium enriched by edible filamental fungus is organic calcium or amino acid calcium that can be absorbed easily. The calcium is considered to be the raw and processed materials of preparing a new pattern biological calcium preparation after proper treatment. Biological calcium preparation contains amino acid calcium that can be absorbed easily and can be the substitute for the present preparation of calcium.
