摘要
针对四川罗家寨气田高含CO2、H2S的实际情况,通过对CO2、H2S腐蚀机理的分析研究,找出CO2、H2S腐蚀特点及其腐蚀速率的影响因素,并列举了国内外CO2腐蚀事故,进一步说明CO2腐蚀产生的条件及特征。认为四川罗家寨气田,H2S腐蚀应是一重要腐蚀因素,而不是主要腐蚀因素,其主要腐蚀因素是CO2腐蚀。选用耐腐蚀合金钢材料时,应以抗CO2腐蚀为主,兼顾抗H2S腐蚀及其他腐蚀。
The Corrosion characteristics and the effective factors of corrosion rate of CO 2 and H 2 S are found through the corrosion mechanism analysis on the high contents of CO 2 and H 2 S in Luojiazhai gas field.The CO 2 corrosion accidents happened in foreign countries are illustrated to further explain the occurrence condition and characteristic of CO 2 corrosion.It concludes that H 2 S corrosion is an important but not dominant factor.The dominant is CO 2 corrosion.The selection of alloy steel should focus more on the anti-corrosion performance of CO 2 than that of H 2 S.
