摘要
普光高酸性气田近几年随着开采的力度加大,部分气井出现了不同类别、不同程度的井筒堵塞,影响了产能,前期采用传统的连续油管解堵施工工艺存在一定问题,通过优选降阻剂和低摩阻缓释剂以及研制高溶解度低腐蚀解堵液体系,优化选连续油管设备及工具,优化施工工艺及流程等,完成了P104-2井连续油管解堵现场应用,解堵效果明显。
In recent years,with the intensified exploitation of the puguang high acid gas field,some gas Wells have experienced different types and degrees of wellbore blockage,which has affected the production capacity.In the early stage,there are some problems with the traditional construction technology of coiled tubing plugging removal.Through the optimization of anti-friction agent and low-friction sustainedrelease agent and the development of liquid system with high solubility and low corrosion,the selection of coiled tubing equipment and tools was optimized,and the construction process and flow were optimized,The field application of plugging removal of coiled tubing in p104-2 well has been completed,and the plugging removal effect is obvious.
