摘要
博士生培养问题是教育中的大问题,为培养出一流博士,应注意:(1)“一流的学生、三流的老师”现象说明了某些“博导”们的学识与功力面临着急需充实和提高的任务,尤其是科学史与方法论修养更为重要;(2)充分珍重和爱护博士生的“自我发现”至关重要;(3)对论文作品,与其计较其是否进入SCI,不如多加考虑那些认真负责刊物的审稿意见,如能收集到滞后反映则更好;(4)要鼓励博士生养成爱读科学史与科学名人传以及钻研名家原创性著作的兴趣及习惯.
This article was motivated by a forum of Education Weekly appeared in Guangming Daily (dated 2003/11/06), which discussed the question of how to get the first-rate Ph D抯 growing up successfully. Among various remarks on some conditions required for the growing of first-rate Ph D抯, a critical view-point was that advisors of Ph D students should have deep understanding of the history and methodology of sciences, and especially, the developments of scientific thoughts related to their field of investigation.
