深冷处理对竹层积材剪切强度及力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为开发超低温条件下的竹质复合材料,本研究探讨了竹层积材在深冷状态下的胶合强度稳定性及力学性能变化规律,以漂白和炭化毛竹竹片为原料,采用落叶松树皮粉和尿素改性的酚醛胶,以青面对青面胶合与黄面对黄面胶合的两种组坯方式制备双层竹层积材。研究竹层积材经-196℃的液氮处理前后的胶合剪切强度、静曲强度和弹性模量的变化。结果表明:经过深冷处理后,竹层积材的胶合剪切强度、静曲强度和弹性模量均有不同幅度的上升,上升幅度分别为9%~34%、3.6%~6.8%、3.6%~7.9%,表明竹层积材在超低温条件下具有较好的应用前景。 In order to develop bamboo-based composites under extremely low temperature,the changes in bonding strength and mechanical properties of bamboo laminated lumber under cryogenic treatment were studied. Using the bleached and carbonized bamboo strips as materials,and phenol formaldehyde modified with larch thanaka and urea as adhesive,2-ply bamboo laminated lumbers were made in the assemble pattern of inner to inner and outer to outer. Before and after the cryogenic treatment,the shear strength,modulus of rupture,and modulus of elasticity were measured. The results showed that shear strength,modulus of rupture and modulus of elasticity increased by 9%- 34%,3. 6%- 6. 8%,3. 6%- 7. 9%respectively,indicating that the bamboo laminated lumber has the good application prospect under extremely low temperature.
