摘要
竹子是一种理想的绿色建筑材料,具有优异的力学性能。磷石膏是亟待资源化利用的固体废渣,可以被用作建筑材料。以一种圆竹-纤维增强磷石膏复合短柱为原料,开展纯竹、内填充磷石膏、外部包裹磷石膏的竹柱子和内外部均布置磷石膏的竹柱子的轴向压缩试验,探究短柱破坏模式和受力性能,分析竹节、喉箍和竹管尺寸等参数对短柱力学性能的影响。结果表明:竹节和喉箍对柱子的承载力、初始刚度和延性具有一定的提升作用。竹管尺寸越大,短柱的力学性能越好。圆竹-磷石膏复合短柱的承载力高于纯竹柱子,外部包裹磷石膏的竹柱子的延性明显高于纯竹柱子。
Bamboo is an ideal green building material with excellent mechanical properties.Phosphogypsum(PG)is a kind of solid waste residue which is in urgent need of resource utilization and has been used as construction material.In this paper,a kind of round bamboo-fiber reinforced phosphogypsum composite short column was proposed.Axial compression tests of pure bamboo columns,bamboo columns filled with phosphogypsum inside,bamboo columns with phosphogypsum outside,and bamboo columns with phosphogypsum inside and outside were carried out to explore the failure mode and mechanical properties of the short columns.The effects of the parameters include bamboo node,hose hoops,and size of the bamboo tube on the mechanical properties of the short columns were analyzed,and the theoretical calculation method of the bearing capacity of the short columns was put forward.The results showed that the bamboo nodes and hose hoops can improve the bearing capacity,initial stiffness and ductility of the column.The larger the size of the bamboo tube,the better the mechanical properties of the short column.The bearing capacity of round bamboo-phosphogypsum composite short column was higher than that of pure bamboo column.The ductility of bamboo columns with phosphogypsum outside was obviously higher than that of pure bamboo columns.
