摘要
目的:探析替格瑞洛与阿司匹林联合用于急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后治疗中对心电图ST段回落的影响。方法:选取2018年2月—2019年2月于我院接受PCI术的急性心肌梗死患者86例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例。两组患者均行PCI术,对照组予以阿司匹林(术前300 mg,术后100 mg,qd)联合氯吡格雷(术前300 mg,术后75 mg,qd)治疗,观察组给予阿司匹林联合替格瑞洛(术前180 mg,术后90 mg,bid)治疗。比较两组心功能、心电图ST段回落情况及血小板参数。结果:治疗后观察组心电图ST段回落情况优于对照组,左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期半径(LVEDD)值、平均血小板体积(MPV)水平高于对照组,血小板计数(PLT)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:替格瑞洛联合阿司匹林用于行PCI术的急性心肌梗死患者,可有效改善患者的心功能及心电图ST段回落,调节血小板水平。
Objective:To explore the effect of ticagrelor combined with aspirin on the fall of ST segments of electrocardiograms in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:86 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent PCI in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases each.The patients in the two groups were given PCI.The patients in the control group were treated with aspirin(300 mg before operation,100 mg after operation,qd)combined with clopidogrel(300 mg before operation,75 mg after operation,qd),and the patients in the observation group were treated with aspirin plus ticagrelor(180 mg before operation,90 mg after operation,bid).The cardiac functions,the fall of ST segments of electrocardiograms and platelet parameters were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the fall of ST segments of electrocardiograms in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic radius(LVEDD)values and mean platelet volume(MPV)level were higher than those in the control group,while the platelet count(PLT)was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ticagrelor combined with aspirin can effectively improve cardiac functions and the fall of ST segments of electrocardiograms and regulate platelet levels in the patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing PCI.
