摘要
本文在分析 Ｍ Ａ Ｒ Ｃ 机读目录存在问题的基础上，论述了设计数字式中文全文文献格式的理论依据和技术支撑环境，提出一个基于 Ｓ Ｇ Ｍ Ｌ 和中文全文检索技术平台的新一代机读目录格式，介绍了采用本格式实现的数字图书馆模型及其测试，以及对该格式所进行的初步分析与评价。
On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of MARC (Machine Readable Catalogue),this article expounds the theoretical foundation and technical support environment of designing digital format for full text document in Chinese.Provides a new MARC format based on SGML and the platform of Chinese full text retrieving technique.And introduces the model and the testing of digital library realized with this format,as well as the initial analysis and evaluation made for the format.
