摘要
目的:探讨宫瘤清胶囊辅助治疗子宫肌瘤对血清白细胞介素(IL)-22、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α及性激素水平的影响。方法 :选取我院2016年1-3月选择保守治疗的子宫肌瘤患者116例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用米非司酮(10 mg,qn)治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合宫瘤清胶囊(2 g,bid)辅助治疗,比较两组最大肌瘤体积、血清IL-22、TNF-α及性激素水平[雌激素(E_2)、孕激素(P)、促黄体素(LH)、促卵泡素(FSH)]。结果 :两组治疗后E_2、P、LH、FSH、TNF-α水平较治疗前明显降低,IL-22水平较治疗前明显升高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血清TNF-α、E_2、P水平显著低于对照组,IL-22显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗程结束时,6个月随访两组子宫最大肌瘤体积均明显小于治疗前(P<0.05)。6个月随访观察组子宫肌瘤体积明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :宫瘤消胶囊辅助治疗子宫肌瘤可与米非司酮产生协同作用,改善内分泌功能,增强免疫力,远期疗效稳定。
Objective:To investigate the effect of gongliuqing capsule on the serum levels of IL-22, TNF-α and sex hormone in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma. Methods:116 cases of hysteromyoma patients who received conservative treatment from January 2016 to March 2016 were selected as the subjects, and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method. The control group was treated with mifepristone(10 mg, qn), and the observation group was treated with gongliuqing capsule(2 g, bid) on the basis of the control group. Dominant fibroids, serum IL-22、TNF-α and sex hormone levels[estrogen(E_2), progesterone(P), luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)] were compared. Results:After treatment, the levels of E_2, P, LH, FSH, TNF-α were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the level of IL-22 was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum TNF-a, E_2 and P in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and IL-22 was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). At the end of the course of treatment, the maximum volumes of uterine fibroids of the two groups were significantly smaller than those before the treatment(P<0.05). After 6 months of follow-up, the maximum volume of uterine fibroids in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adjuvant treatment of gongliuqing capsule can produce synergistic effects with mifepristone, improve endocrine function, enhance immunity, and the long-term effect is stable.
