摘要
目的探讨宫瘤消胶囊辅助治疗子宫肌瘤的临床价值。方法将2010年6月至2012年6月我院诊治的80例子宫肌瘤患者随机分成2组:①对照组40例,单纯采用米非司酮治疗;②实验组40例,采用宫瘤消胶囊+米非司酮治疗。观察和比较两组的近期疗效、子宫体积、最大肌瘤体积、性激素水平。结果实验组的总有效率显著性高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后的子宫体积和最大肌瘤体积显著性小于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后的雌二醇(E2)指标水平和孕酮(P)指标水平显著性低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床应用宫瘤消胶囊辅助治疗子宫肌瘤能够更好地促进肌瘤瘤体吸收,提高临床疗效,恢复性激素正常水平。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of Gongliuxiao capsule adjuvant therapy for uterine myoma. Methods 80 cases of uterine myoma patients admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, control group （n = 40 ）and treatment group （n = 40）. Control group was given mifepristone only, and treatment group was given gongliuxiao capsule combined with mifepristone. The short-term efficacy, the volume of uterine, the largest uterine fibroids and the levels of sex hormone in 2 groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the volume of uterine and the largest uterine fibroids in treatment group after treatment were significantly less than those in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;the levels of estradiol （E2 ）and progesterone （P）in treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The clinical application of gongliuxiao capsule adjuvant therapy for uterine myoma can promote the uterine fibroids absorption,improve clinical efficiency,restore sex hormone normal levels.
