摘要
Objective To investigate the clinical features and Tlymphocytes subsets in patients with acquired immunedeficiency syndrome ( AIDS ) and cytomegalovirus(CMV) infection. Methods A total of 48 hospitalizedpatients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-1 /AIDS and CMV infections were recruited at Peking UnionMedical College Hospital from Jan 2010 to Aug 2017.Their clinical features and immune function were retrospectivelyanalyzed. Patients with only HIV/AIDS inprevious study were recruited as controls. Results All 48patients were at C3 stage, including 36 men and12 women. Five of them were younger than 30 years old,33 cases within 31 - 50 years old,and 10 cases olderthan 50 years old.
