学徒课堂:职业教育课堂教学的基本样式 被引量:8

摘要 学徒课堂指职业院校培养初级技术技能人才的场所,是以学徒式教学方式进行的课堂教学活动,是现代学徒制人才培养模式下职业教育课堂教学的基本样式。实践共同体理论是对传统学徒制教学方法进行归纳总结而提出的工作场所学习理论,是建构学徒课堂的理论基础。学徒课堂是实践共同体理论在职业教育领域课堂教学方面的应用,具有教学任务工作化、师生关系师徒化、课堂情境职场化等特征。学徒课堂的建构路径本质上是职业院校建设实践共同体的行动框架,需从三个方面着力:一是提高产教融合水平,提供真实工作任务,打造共同参与事业;二是建立兼职师傅队伍,构筑亲密师徒关系,相互介入改变身份;三是完善技能工作标准,模拟真实职场环境,共享技艺营造情境。 Apprentice classroom refers to the place for training basic technical personnel in vocational schools.It is a classroom teaching activity based on apprenticeship teaching.It is the basic pattern of classroom teaching in vocational education under the modern apprenticeship training mode.The theory of practical community is the theory of workplace learning which summarizes the traditional apprenticeship teaching method and is the theoretical foundation of the construction of apprentice classroom.Apprentice classroom is the application of the theory of practical community in classroom teaching in the field of vocational education.It shows the characteristics of teaching task work,teacher-student relationship mentoring,and classroom situation workplace.The construction path of apprentice classroom is essentially the action framework of the practice community of vocational schools.It needs to focus on three aspects:first,to improve the level of integration of industry and education,in order to provide real work tasks and build joint enterprise;secondly,to build a team of part-time master in order to build close mentoring relationships and change their identity through mutual engagement;thirdly,to improve the standard of skill work in order to simulate the real workplace environment and create a situation with shared repertoire.
