摘要
通过探究《伤寒论》经典名方真武汤及组成药物治疗糖尿病肾病的临床及实验研究进展,为本方在临床应用提供依据。查阅和整理近10年的相关文献,从糖尿病肾病的病因病机,临床及实验研究等多方面出发,分析归纳真武汤治疗糖尿病肾病的研究现状。真武汤治疗糖尿病肾病在改善临床症状、延缓疾病进展等方面具有独特优势。真武汤治疗糖尿病肾病具有明确的的中医理论基础和显著的治疗效果,但相关研究的规范化和系统化研究需进一步提高。
Zhenwu decotion is the classic prescription in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Through the exploration of the clinical research and experimental research progress of Zhenwu decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,it provides a basis for its clinical application.Review and collate the relevant literature for the past 10 years,from the aspects of the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical research and experimental research of diabetic nephropathy,to analyze the research status of induction of Zhenwu decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Zhenwu decoction has unique advantages in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in improving clinical symptoms,delaying disease progression and improvement.Zhenwu decoction has a clear theoretical basis of TCM and significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,but the standardization and systematic research of related research needs to be further improved.
