摘要
目的:了解2016-2018年医院感染现患率及变化趋势,为制定医院感染控制措施提供依据。方法:按照卫生部全国医院感染监测网制定的全国医院感染现患率调查方案,分别对2016-2018年住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查,比较3年的调查资料。结果:2016-2018年本院医院感染现患率分别为2.72%、2.37%、2.45%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.418,P>0.05);2016-2018年医院感染现患率最高的科室均为重症医学科(29.73%、16.67%、31.43%)。医院感染部位均以下呼吸道感染为主(51.28%~56.47%)。2016-2018年医院感染病原学送检率分别为67.06%、65.38%、73.61%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.305,P>0.05);抗菌药物使用率分别为34.50%、33.39%、33.69%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.922,P>0.05);治疗用药送检率分别为45.78%、43.45%、48.08%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.319,P>0.05)。结论:医院感染现患率维持在稳定水平,对感染高发科室应重点监控。
Objective:To investigate the prevalence rate of healthcare-associated infection(HAI)and its changes in a certain hospital from 2016 to 2018,so as to provide reference for making HAI control measures.Method:According to the nationwide HAI prevalence survey project established by ministry of health,HAI prevalence rates were investigated from 2016 to 2018,data of three years were compared.Result:The prevalence rate in 2016 to 2018 were 2.72%,2.37% and 2.45% respectively,and there were no significant differences between them( χ~2=0.418,P>0.05).In three years,the highest prevalence rates were all found in Department of Intensive Care Unit(29.73%,16.67%,31.43%).The lower respiratory tract infection was the main infection site of nosocomial infection(51.28%-56.47%).The specimen delivery rate were 67.06%,65.38%,and 73.61%respectively in three years and there were no significant differences between them( χ~2=1.305,P>0.05).Usage rate of antimicrobial agents were 34.50%,33.39%,and 33.69% respectively and the re were no significant differences between them( χ~2=0.922,P>0.05).The rates of bacteria detection in patients who received therapeutic use were 45.78%,43.45% and 48.08% respectively( χ~2=0.319,P>0.05).Conclusion:HAI prevalence rates is maintained at a stable level,and focuses on monitoring high-incidence infection.
