摘要
目的了解医院住院患者医院感染现患率变化趋势,为提高医院感染管理水平提供参考依据。方法采用横断面调查的方法,对连续5年某医院住院患者医院感染现患率进行调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果该医院2014-2018年共调查住院患者合计4227例,实查率为99.37%,连续5年各年度住院患者医院感染现患率依次分别为3.02%、2.27%、2.30%、2.01%和1.89%。连续5年抗菌药物使用率为28.65%,治疗使用抗菌药物占93.31%,病原学标本送检率为66.90%。结论该医院住院患者医院感染现患率在5年无明显变化,均在国家相关规范规定范围内,医院感染管理相关指标均在可控范围。
Objective To understand the changing trend of the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in inpatients of a hospital,and to provide a reference for improving the level of nosocomial infection management.Methods A cross-sectional survey was used to investigate the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in inpatients of a hospital for 5 consecutive years,and the survey results were analyzed.Results There were a total of 4227 inpatients were investigated in the hospital from 2014 to 2018,with the actual detection rate of 99.37%.The prevalence rates of nosocomial infection in inpatients for each of the five consecutive years was 3.02%,2.27%,2.30%,2.01%and 1.89%respectively.The utilization rate of antimicrobial agents was 28.65%,the antimicrobial use in treatment accounted for 93.31%,and the submission rate of pathogenic specimen was 66.90%for 5 consecutive years.Conclusion The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in inpatients of this hospital has not changed significantly during the five-year period,all are within the scope of relevant national regulations,and the relevant indicators of nosocomial infection management are within the controllable range.
