摘要
介绍了日本HAHAMATAU公司改进表面分流型二维PSD传感器S1880及专用信号处理电路C4674,对传 感器线性度进行了大量实验研究。实验结果表明,传感器在A区应用时其非线性度误差≤1％。
This paper introduces the principle and the signal processing circuit of tetra - kteral 2 - dimensional position sensitive detector. The experiment the author conducted indicated a linearity error of ≤ 1 % when the detector was working in aero A.
