摘要
高职生的就业问题不仅影响他们自身的发展,也影响高职院校的生存和社会的稳定。校企合作平台结合行业企业和高职院校的优势,能提高职业教育质量,培养高职生的就业竞争力。本研究针对当前校企合作平台提升高职生就业竞争力存在的问题,从政府、学校、企业、学生四个层面提出了相应的解决对策。
Employment of higher vocational college students influences not only their personal development,but also the survival of higher vocational colleges and stabilization of society.College-enterprise cooperation aims to take advantage of both sides to enhance vocational education quality as well as employment competitiveness of those students.In order to solve this problem based on college-enterprise cooperation,this article puts forward relevant solutions from aspects of government,college,enterprises and students.
