摘要
分别采用煎煮法、回流法、渗漉法提取黄芩苷,比较不同提取方法的收率及提取工艺,以便确定一种适合工业化生产的最佳提取方法;通过观察不同提取方法所得黄芩苷对猪细小病毒(PPV)的体外作用效果,评价黄芩苷的药效,为临床防治猪病毒性疾病提供用药参考。
Baicalin was extracted by using boiling method, reflow method and percolation, then the yield and process of different extraction methods were compared in order to find an optimal extraction method suitable for industrial production.Moreover, Baicalin against porcine parvovirus in vitro was evaluated so as to provide reference for prevention and treatment of swine virus disease.
