摘要
为了确定提取黄芩苷的最佳提取工艺,以黄芩苷收率等为指标,对煎煮法、回流提取法、超声波提取法和渗漉法4种方法进行比较研究。结果表明:超声波法和回流提取法黄芩苷收率、粗品重和粗品纯度较高,而二者相比,超声波法略高、方法简便且重现性更好。
To optimize the extraction process of haicalin from Scutellaria baicalemsis Georg, The haicalin yield extracted by four methods （the method of boiling, the reflux extraction, the ultrasonic extraction and the diacolation extraction） was compared. The results showed that the baicalin recovery rates in the ultrasonic extraction were highest among the four methods. The ultrasonic extraction showed not only the highest recovery rate and halcalin yield, but also a simplify working and a better repeatability.
