摘要
精准扶贫是一种针对性强的治贫方式,需要根据贫困区域的具体环境进行精确的帮扶。产业扶贫以及金融扶贫是当前精准扶贫中两种重要的形式,通过金融扶贫来带动食用菌产业精准扶贫将可以实现相应地区人口的永久脱贫,从而完成扶贫的目标。主要从以金融扶贫带动食用菌产业精准扶贫的可行性、模式以及保障措施3个方面对其运行机制进行分析。从而为我国精准扶贫工作的开展,全面建成小康社会提供参考的思路。
Accurate poverty alleviation is a targeted approach to poverty alleviation,which requires precise assistance based on the specific environment of the poor areas.Industrial poverty alleviation and financial poverty alleviation are two important ways of current poverty alleviation.Through the financial poverty alleviation to promote the precision poverty alleviation of the edible fungus industry,the population of the corresponding region will be permanently lifted out of poverty,thus completing the goal of poverty alleviation.This paper mainly analyzes the operation mechanism of the feasibility,mode and safeguard measures of the poverty alleviation of the edible fungus industry by financial poverty alleviation.Therefore,it provides a reference for the development of Chinese precise poverty alleviation work and the comprehensive construction of a well-off society.
