摘要
阐述分布式灵活交流输电技术(distributed flexible AC transmission systems,D-FACTS)的概念和应用现状,从功能、结构、可用率等多个方面比较D-FACTS与FACTS,重点分析D-FACTS控制器的2种最具代表性的主电路结构——分布式串联电抗(distributed series reactance,DSR)和分布式静止串联补偿器(distributed static series compensator,DSSC)。提出基于复合开关的D-FACTS装置投切策略、控制与保护的基本策略以及控制保护与通信的实现方式。最后在系统层面和设备层面上总结并提炼出D-FACTS技术中的几大关键技术问题,并针对所述问题给出合理化建议。
The concept and application status of distributed flexible AC transmission systems (D-FACTS) are introduced. The comparison between D-FACTS and FACTS in functionality, configuration, availability, etc. is followed by the detailed analysis of two typical circuit topologies of distributed FACTS controllers (DFC), namely distributed series reactance (DSR) and distributed static series compensator (DSSC). The switching strategy of D-FACTS with a compound switch, control&protection strategy and communication, and their implementation schemes are also presented. Several key problems concerning challenges in both system aspect and device aspect, are concluded at the end of the paper along with corresponding solution suggestions.
